Log in to your account via the Loyalty Club page, check your points balance, then head to the section “Redeem your points for rewards” and click “Redeem” if you have the required number of points.
For technical reasons, only one promo code can be applied per order. This includes discounts obtained through loyalty points. As a result, only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Yes. All orders are subject to a 90-day validation period after the reward is unlocked. Only one reward can be ordered at a time, and shipping fees apply for any order under $59 or £59.
No, only one reward can be used per order, except for the “Free Shipping” reward, which can be combined with another.
You’ll need to copy the code associated with the shipping reward and paste it into the promo code field in your cart.
You may place multiple separate orders to use other rewards, and we’ll ensure they’re shipped together in a single delivery.

The expiry date of your points is displayed under your points balance when you log into your account on the Loyalty Club page.
Reminder emails are also sent before expiration if you’re subscribed to the Beau Domaine newsletter.
What if my points expire before I get a chance to place an order?
Unfortunately, expired points cannot be reactivated. We recommend keeping an eye on the expiration date and planning your rewards redemption in advance.
