Beau Domaine formulas contain two exclusive, patent-pending active ingredients. All Beau Domaine formulas include these ingredients, excepting The Cleansing Emulsion, which contains only GSM10®.

GSM10® is an active compound extracted from the seeds and skin of Château de Beaucastel’s grapesusing gentle, eco-friendly methods. It is the result of 15 years of Professor Pierre-Louis Teissedre's precise scientific research on the antioxidant properties of grape varieties. He studied the 13 varieties cultivated on the Perrin family’s organic vineyards in the Vallée du Rhône and Provence, selecting themost potent blend for GSM10®. The compound is made from a combination of marc from Grenacheseeds, Syrah seeds and skins associated with a post-biotic micro organism beneficial to the skin microbiome. It has impressively effective levels of antioxidants and anti-MMPs (matrix metallo proteinases, such as collagenase, which destroys collagen). In addition, GSM10® has been demonstrated to effectively balance the skin.

ProGR3®: comes from the medical discoveries of Professor Nicolas Lévy, a preeminent world specialist in genetic diseases. After researching the mechanisms at work in humanaging, he and his team developed this active compound. ProGR3®has proven results on slowing downthe effects of progerin, a protein that causes skin aging in everyone past the age of 20. This component is a combination of three natural molecules present in plant extracts: vine sarments, chamomile and greentea, which helps to slow down skin aging.

We accomplish this by being vigilant in selecting gentle yet effective ingredients and by employing strict standards in manufacturing conditions. Beau Domaine products are formulated to avoid irritation and other allergic responses.

Beau Domaine is against animal testing. We are committed to ensuring the utmost standards of animal welfare. As a result and in accordance with European regulations, Beau Domaine does not perform any tests on animals, nor does it engage third parties to test its products on animals during either the researchor the development stages.

Beau Domaine is committed to naturalness, going above and beyond current legal rules and regulations to establish a list of ingredients excluded from its formulas: silicones, parabens, phenoxyethanol, triclosan, chlorphenesin, BHA and BHT, endocrine disruptors, microplastics, mineral and synthetic oils, phthalates,and animal-derived ingredients. The GSM10® in The Serum is made from grape marc that comes directly and exclusively from the Perrin family's land and is also eco-extracted by natural means, directly in the field by Beau Domaine's farmers. The Serum is also formulated with soothing grape water and is enriched with two types of grapevine plant cells to tone the skin. Hyaluronic acids provide wrinkle-smoothing and moisturizing effects. The Serum contains at least 99.4% naturally derived ingredients (calculated according to the internationalISO 16128 standard).

The Fluid Cream is also formulated with hydrating and soothing grape water, and enriched with brightening and smoothing niacinamide as well as an Ayurvedic plant extract to combat tiredness. It has asmooth, fluid texture that penetrates quickly to leave skin feeling silky.

The shelf life of Beau Domaine products (non-opened) exceeds 36 months. Once the product has been opened, it can be safely used for 6 to 12 months according to the product. You will find the relevant information on the product packaging. The number accompanying the open jar symbol indicates the period after opening during which the product can be used safely. We encourage our clients to store their skincare in appropriate conditions: in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, avoiding prolonged contact with the air.

It is a three-step ritual : The Cleansing Emulsion is a prologue to Beau Domaine ritual. A very important step for an optimal skin care routine. Apply two pumps of the Cleansing Emulsion onto the face and neck with circularmotions, then rise with fresh water. The Serum is the first treatment to apply in the morning and evening to cleansed skin, on the face and neck. Press the pump twice to deliver the right amount of product in the center of your palm. With your fingertips, apply The Serum using upward smoothing movements. The Cream or the Fluid Cream (according to your skin needs) should be applied morning and evening on top of The Serum, using the same upward smoothing movements.

The ingredients we use come directly from our own vineyards and olive groves: organic grape “marc” (skins and seeds) gently upcycled through eco-extraction, resveratrol from vine pruned in late winter, vitisin sourced from old vine roots replaced as vineyards are renewed, and organic olive oil.

Eco-design is at the heart of our packaging choices. We favor glass and wood, avoiding plastic whenever we can. When plastic is necessary, we opt for recycled materials (PCR). Our upcycling efforts also include oak wood caps from sustainably managed forests, cork inserts made from repurposed material, a spatula crafted from bio-resin, and FSC-certified paper for our boxes — which we’ve made smaller to reduce material use.

After three unsuccessful debit attempts, your subscription will be suspended to allow you time to update your payment method. A notification will be sent to you.

Upon receiving these items, we will proceed with shipping the correct products to rectify your order.

You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products forany reason, at your own expense. This period begins from the day you receive the products, with thedated delivery note as proof.

In addition, Beau Domaine makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information. Upon completion of your order, payment authorization will be requested and held. Your card is not charged at this time; the payment settlement occurs when the order is shipped.

Once you're on the Loyalty Club page:

• If you’ve already placed an order, click on “Sign in” and enter the email associated with your Beau Domaine account. A code will be sent to your email; simply enter it to access your account.
• If you don’t have an account yet, click on “Create an account”, enter your email address, and you’ll receive a code to finalize your account setup.

Log in to your account via the Loyalty Club page, check your points balance, then head to the section “Redeem your points for rewards” and click “Redeem” if you have the required number of points.

For technical reasons, only one promo code can be applied per order. This includes discounts obtained through loyalty points. As a result, only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Points must be redeemed directly through your personal account.

Yes. All orders are subject to a 90-day validation period after the reward is unlocked. Only one reward can be ordered at a time, and shipping fees apply for any order under $59 or $59.

No, only one reward can be used per order, except for the “Free Shipping” reward, which can be combined with another. You’ll need to copy the code associated with the shipping reward and paste it into the promo code field in your cart.
You may place multiple separate orders to use other rewards, and we’ll ensure they’re shipped together in a single delivery.

The expiry date of your points is displayed under your points balance when you log into your account on the Loyalty Club page. Reminder emails are also sent before expiration if you’re subscribed to the Beau Domaine newsletter.

Unfortunately, expired points cannot be reactivated. We recommend keeping an eye on the expiration date and planning your rewards redemption in advance.

Go to The Loyalty Club on the home page. At the bottom page: enter your friend's email address, and send the offer. Remind your friends to check their inbox, as the offer may end up in their spam folder.

Your friends must use the referral link in the email they receive to be redirected on the website and receive their coupon code. They must then make a purchase on us.beau-domaine.com within 30 days of receiving their code.

Once you enter their email address, your friend(s) will receive an email with the link to retrieve their coupon code.

Upon your referred friend shopping through your referral link, utilizing the referral code, and making their initial purchase, you will accrue 500 points in your loyalty account.

Shop and enter your coupon code (provided in your email) at checkout.

If you have not received your reward, it may be because your referred friend did not place an order using the coupon code, or they may not be eligible because they are a current customer. You can log into your account to check the status or contact customer service at service@beau-domaine.com for more details.

Yes, your reward expires 30 days after you’ve received your email.

Yes, exclusions apply. Your coupon can only be used on regular priced products. Coupon cannot be stacked with other promotional codes. Referral must be a new customer for reward credit to be activated.

Yes, Beau Domaine offers 4 gift cards of $50, $100, $200€, and $300. You can access them by clicking on "Shop" and then "View all."
